Supercharged Outlaws to slay them @ Heathcote

The management of Heathcote Park Raceway are set for another massive day on their new track, with a field of Supercharged Outlaws heading up the Revhead Rubberfest this Sunday.

Four brackets of Drag Racing including Bikes, on top of a massive Burnout Competition, makes for a big day in the Victorian sunshine and the Heathcote hospitality will welcome car enthusiasts new and old to get amongst the action and dial in some fun !!

Prizemoney and Trophies are on offer for the Supercharged Outlaws, DYO 10.0 sec +, DYO 9.99 sec and under, as well as the regular field of Bikes that feature at most of Heathcote Park’s bigger events.

Burnout action will prove especially popular during the inevitable drag strip stoppages.

“We really listen to the feedback people give us,” said Russell Clarke, Heathcote Park owner. “They want something to watch when some oil or water forces a track clean-up. With our burnout pad directly connected to the spectator hill, the punters can enjoy non-stop action regardless of track stoppages and most of the time they have a choice of things to watch.”

“Our new ‘on-track’ merchandise store has been popular with crowds too, we got smashed in January at Slamfest and while the new stock is still rolling in we’re focusing on some custom products that people can produce from photos of their own cars. Mirrors, shirts, bar runners, stubby coolers and a heap more, it’s quite unique as stores at race tracks go and we know it will continue to grow,” said Clarke.

More information about the upcoming MAYHEM event can be found on the Heathcote Park website, a new online store offers competitors a range of online registration forms and they can pay their entry fees right there on the website with a credit card or with PayPal. Spectators can also purchase tickets in the online store with a one day pass or a discounted multi-day pass on offer.
