It may be many months away yet but the Perth Top Fuel round could shape up to be quite a biggy.
Rumour is that there could be anywhere up to five local drivers contest the round, though four is more likely. Two will be obvious, with Martin Stamatis and Allan Dobson to be definite contenders, so who can guess the others?
Add to that the regular touring teams of Read, Lamattina, Morgan, Mariani and potentially Cowin, plus the Shepherd and Sainty families who were considering the trip and it could be the biggest nitro round yet in the West.
