Sydney Dragway is proud to announce the appointment of its new CEO Graham Elliot.

“With over 18 years leadership and corporate responsibility experience as a chief executive officer, commercial director and managing director, Graham Elliot is the ideal person to steer Sydney Dragway into the future,” said general manager Rick Gauci. “Graham’s experience cuts across media, sports management, communications and investment. We’re thrilled to have someone with this type of background and calibre on board.”

With Sydney Dragway being Australia’s largest drag racing facility along with additional venue features that cater for special events and exhibitions to a diverse range of industries, organisations and the general public, Elliott’s experience, forward thinking and strong leadership skills are ideal in taking the venue to the next level.

“It is a privilege to lead a team of such passionate people and a venue that showcases many of Australia’s most prestigious drag racing events, attracting race teams and audience participation from around the nation and internationally,” said Elliot. “I am looking forward to promoting the venue and brand through quality and meaningful services to all present and future stakeholders, while further developing a member-centric culture.”

Elliott currently holds the position of non-executive director for the Fastrack Drag Racing Experience, contributing to the commercial and corporate direction, as well as race driving for selected events. Fastrack Racing provides high-end racing experiences to the general public at many of Australia’s finest racing complexes.
