It is with regret the Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) wishes to advise members, competitors and fans that the Central Australian Drag Racing Association (CADRA) will not be in a position to host Top Doorslammer and Top Fuel Motorcycle at the 2014 Desert Nationals.
This cancellation is due to a late withdrawal of sponsorship funding along with Government funded infrastructure improvements yet to take place leaving CADRA with little choice but to take action.
Round 8 of the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship is scheduled to proceed as advertised on July 19-20, 2014 at Alice Springs Inland Dragway.
