Mariani Family Motorsport are excited to announce that Make-A-Wish Australia have joined the team for the upcoming Australian Nationals to be held at Sydney Dragway from October 31 – November 2.

Mariani Family Motorsport have donated to Make-A-Wish Australia signage rights on the Top Fuel dragster, transporter, pit area, team shirts and are providing access to the team’s VIP suite and pit areas to help raise awareness and funds for the organisation.

Make-A-Wish Australia grants wishes for children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. The organisation worldwide is no stranger to drag racing, with signage on NHRA Funny Car driver’s Tommy Johnson Jr also donated to the organisation.

Mark “The Shark” Mariani, pilot of the 500km/h dragster, is very excited.

“It will be an honour to support Make-A-Wish Australia, together we have some real unique and fun things planned, I am just as excited about what we will be doing off the track as what we will be doing on it,” he said.

“To think of the difference we can make to the lives of kids and their families, while enjoying the sport we love so much, bring it on.” The team will be releasing soon their plans for the Nationals and how fans can get involved.
