Take a giant supercharged Hemi, put it into a classic Australian muscle car, and this is the resulting madness!
Western Australia's Russell Taylor has been campaigning the car at Perth Motorplex for a couple of seasons now, but he recently made his first journey to the East Coast where he was due to compete in the Grudge Kings Pro Street category.
Taylor, who has also raced in Top Alcohol in the past, made a big impression on Sydney Dragway and though the event was postponed due to weather, he used the time to do some testing.
That resulted in an epic new personal best of 6.18 and 234mph, making the car easily the quickest Holden Torana in the world. Check out the video below to see the car dancing the front wheels the whole way down the track (gotta love a short wheelbase doorslammer).
