North Queensland Pro Stock racer John Barbagallo has had a major accident at Willowbank Raceway in testing.
Barbagallo along with a number of Pro Stock teams have been testing this week at the track.
The Ford Escort had a parachute malfunction causing Barbagallo to lock the brakes after the finish line turning the car into the wall and barrel roll.
Barbagallo was unharmed but the Escort is heavily damaged, we will have more details when they come to hand.
Lee Bektash was also testing and has had the Dodge firmly in the 7.0 range with a 7.04 best.
