A SUPERB full track pass of 3.84/318.39 mph by Rapisarda International Racing drew rave reviews from co –tuner Tino Rapisarda and NHRA gun Larry Dixon.

“It was a great run.” according Rapisarda. “Larry went straight down the track and returned the car to our garage in perfect condition. We were confident after yesterday that we were heading in the right direction. To see car launch and spear down the track was awesome and real boost to the confidence of the team.”

“It was a good solid, clean run,” said Dixon, the three- time NHRA star making his debut with RIR. “The incrementals were excellent. Compared to yesterday, our times were better at both the 60 and 330-foot mark. We spun the tyres just around the 660-foot mark. The car did exactly what the boys- Tino, Santo and Lee wanted it to do. Tomorrow we get two more qualifiers and I’m excited and optimistic about our chances to make the field for Sunday.”
