With no racing on, and everything just a bit quiet, we will look back at some old events in photos. Today we go back to the first major event at Sydney Dragway, then called Western Sydney International Dragway.

The 2004 Summernationals was the first championship drag racing event in Sydney for over six years with the construction of the NSW Government funded venue brought about by the tireless efforts of Jim Read and David Cook amongst many others who contributed to the cause.
