The Randy Meyer Racing Team is proud to announce the addition of Australian drag racing standout Cheyne Phillips to its 2025 driver lineup for the NHRA Nevada Nationals, taking place October 31–November 2 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Phillips will make his highly anticipated U.S. debut behind the wheel of the GUNK Dragster, joining teammate McKenna Bold, who will also be competing for the team at the event in her rookie season.

Edge Mallis and Cheryl ‘MsVRod’ Beddoes will be ones to watch at the upcoming All Bike Nationals at Dragway at The Bend, which will be a part of the 2025/2026 ANDRA Regional Sportsman Championship for New Gen Business Park Junior Drag Bike, Ballistic Performance Parts Modified Bike), and New Gen Business Park Competition Bike.

John Zappia wheeled his FUCHS Lubricants/Summit Racing Equipment backed Monaro to victory at the Adelaide Jamboree in Outlaw Pro Modified, defeating Johnny Ricca in the final round after Ricca red-lit by one-thousandth of a second.

Every so often, a racetrack comes along that resets the bar. Right now, that place is The Bend Dragway in South Australia. Still the newest facility in Australian drag racing, it’s fast earning a reputation as the country’s ultimate benchmark — smooth, quick, and record-breaking.

Just outside Ipswich in South-East Queensland, the first soil was turned in 1982 for what would become Willowbank Raceway. Forty years on, the pioneers who helped build it and the racers who continue the drag racing tradition today came together for a special race meet — a celebration and reflection on how far the venue has come.

Forty years on from its groundbreaking debut at the US Nationals, the iconic Aussie Raider is back. Today, that legacy lives on with the reveal of the 2025 Aussie Raider livery, a bold recreation of the original Funny Car that captured international attention in the 1980s.

More than 20,000 fans packed into Dragway at The Bend across three massive days for the Spring Nationals, which hosted the Pro Drag Racing Championship (PDRC) Grand Final and decided the national titles for Pro Mod, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle.
