The first running of the Fraser Motorcycles Harley Street Bike Drags was held on October 3 at Perth Motorplex, attracting a strong turnout of American v-twins plus European and Japanese marques.
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect and provided for a great day of two wheeled racing.
Unfortunately the event was marred by violence between two groups attending the event. There have been numerous news stories about the brawl, but the event has been recognised as family orientated and Perth Motorplex management have been acknowledged as not having done anything wrong.
With that out of the way, below are some photo highlights from the day. The racing was genuinely good for fans of Harley Davidsons and apart from the aforementioned incident hopefully the event becomes a regular on the calendar.
