Moving two a single day format round 4 of the NSW Championship followed in quick succession over the previous round before the series goes into a hiatus over the summer.

The NSW Championship reached its halfway point with the running of round 3, the planned Friday night qualifying washed out but the sun pushed through on the Saturday for what turned out to be a laid back day of racing.
