The Australian Pro Street Association and Willowbank Raceway have today announced a new addition to their respective calendars with the creation of an additional round for the 2015 APSA Series to be held at Queensland’s premier drag racing facility on Saturday the 3rd of October.
Chris Farrell finds himself in an enviable position in the Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series as the season heads for a gigantic finale at the Fuchs Winternationals June 4-7 at Willowbank Raceway.
The second round of the Queensland Drag Racing Championship was run and done last weekend, with many racers taking advantage of the last opportunity to fine tune under racing conditions before the Winternationals.
Regional drag racing is going to have some spectacular facilities come online in the next year or so, one of which is Sprintmount Raceway in Cairns with the completion aimed for just a few months time.
As Hidden Valley Dragway geared up for their season opener, the venue held another Beat The Heat off street event with a Holden versus Ford flavour and a few trophies to be won.
