Conquering at the home of radial racing, Queensland’s Grantley Scholes has won PRO 275 at No Mercy for the second consecutive year, becoming a back-to-back champion at what’s widely regarded as the world’s biggest and baddest radial racing event at South Georgia Motorsports Park in the United States.
The Melbourne Jamboree has officially opened competition drag racing at Victorian Motorsports Park. The rejuvenated venue, formerly known as Heathcote Park Raceway, has brought championship-level quarter-mile racing back to Victoria. Jamboree fans filled the spectator areas to watch high-horsepower imports and high-tech weapons belt down the regional strip.
The Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) and the Australian Street Rod Federation (ASRF) have announced a new partnership to promote drag racing, motorsport, and street rodding across Australia, signing a Memorandum of Understanding that both organisations say is about encouraging safe participation and getting more members behind the wheel.
