Following their accident in testing for the past Winternationals, the Dazza’s Steel Fabrication Pro Alcohol Funny Car team have a new chassis and Monte Carlo body inbound.

During testing for the 2022 Winternationals at Willowbank Raceway, the Darren Fry driven funny car took a heavy impact against the wall at the finish line, effectively writing off that chassis.

The team have now announced they have purchased and new chassis and Monte Carlo body from U.S racer Ray Martin, via Steve Harker, that is in-route to the teams workshop.

The the team have also had time to assess the damaged chassis. This has now been stripped, and will now be front halved and repaired in preparation for some future plans the team have for it.
