The National Drag Racing Championship (NDRC) is excited to launch its new identity, celebrating this brand new era for championship drag racing and a symbol for the passionate Australian drag racing community to get behind.
Taking inspiration from the exhaust headers found on the fastest accelerating vehicles on the planet, this simple new logo embodies the speed, strength and power of drag racing.
Importantly, the new identity helps bring together all the Championships that are part of the NDRC. Whether it’s Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Cars, Sportsman or any of the other categories, this is a clear statement that the sport is united.
Andy Lopez, NDRC co-founder, said, “Our NDRC identity is meant to be symbolic of the unity that now exists in the sport. Tying all the Championships into one look captures what the NDRC is all about – the pursuit of a single drag racing national title in that racer’s chosen category.”
Nathan Prendergast, also a co-founder, added, “Drag racing is always evolving and pushing boundaries, both on and off the track. The NDRC logo reflects that spirit. We’re confident that our fans, racers, and partners will wear and display this logo with immense pride.”
As the engines roar into life at NDRC events across Australia, the new logo be one symbol of unity as racers battle for victory.
