The Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) is pleased to welcome Atlantic Oils to the ANDRA Racer Support Program, backing the Super Sedan bracket as part of the 2025/2026 ANDRA Sportsman Series.

The next round of the Series will be held at the Atlantic Oils Sunset Strip in Mildura, with the Sunset Nationals to be held across September 20 and 21. For the Junior brackets, the fun will then continue at the track’s Junior Nationals the next weekend, with ANDRA championship points available for Junior Dragster and Junior Drag Bike on Saturday September 27.
Atlantic Oils joins Ballistic Performance Parts and Powerplus Racing Fuels in rewarding ANDRA racers as part of the ANDRA Sportsman Series, with the high performance oils company to reward the winners and runners-up of the Super Sedan bracket at championship events with $100 and $50 gift vouchers respectively.
To qualify for the vouchers, racers must carry Racer Program support stickers (which will be supplied) on their vehicle from the first round of qualifying at each event. The vouchers will be presented at the end-of-event presentations at each event and the recipient will have 12 months to use their voucher.
Atlantic Oils Drag Racing Sponsorship Manager, Suzanne Lazar, said the company was pleased to be able to further its support of Australian drag racing with this new partnership with the ANDRA Sportsman Series.
“Atlantic Oils is hugely passionate about Australian drag racing, which is evident through our many sponsorship arrangements across the sport, including our naming rights partnership with Mildura’s Atlantic Oils Sunset Strip – host of the next rounds of this season’s ANDRA championship chase,” Lazar said.
“When this opportunity came about, we jumped at the chance to further that support, and we can’t wait to see how the ANDRA Sportsman Series unfolds over the rest of the season and will of course be playing close attention to the Super Sedan racers.”
ANDRA Chief Executive Officer, Tim McAvaney, welcomed the support of Atlantic Oils to the newly established ANDRA Racer Support Program.
“Atlantic Oils is well known within our sport for not only its products but also the long-standing relationships it has, including with Mildura’s Atlantic Oils Sunset Strip,” McAvaney said.
“We are so proud to have them now join the ANDRA Racer Support Program as part of the 2025/2026 ANDRA Sportsman Series.
“I can’t wait to see our Super Sedan racers being rewarded by Atlantic Oils, starting with the Sunset Nationals at the Atlantic Oils Sunset Strip on September 20-21.”
The new ANDRA Racer Support Program sits alongside the existing ANDRA Contingency Program, and is another great way that companies can get behind ANDRA members.
