With the Winternationals now in the books, every NDRC Championship class has had its chance to shine and the title battles are beginning to take shape. From record-breaking performances to breakthrough victories and championship-defining moments, the points picture has shifted once again. Here’s where the NDRC Championship chases stand following the biggest event of the season.
In Top Fuel Phil Lamattina by way of reaching the B final still extended his championship lead from 10 to 14 points over second place Kyle Putland with Wayne Newby falling back to third.

Going into the event as tied Funny Car points leader, Josh Leahy’s win was a championship defining moment jumping clear of McMillin who struggled to just a C-Final.

Russell Taylor inched further ahead in the Top Doorslammer championship over John Zappia who hangs onto second, but Emilio Spinozzi jumped up to third with his event win to bring the Terra Civil team into contention.

Daniel Reed’s domination of Pro Alcohol in the NDRC continues with a perfect score card for season 3. With only one round left in the championship Reed only needs to ensure he has a C-Final win or better result at the Grand Final to secure his third straight NDRC Pro Alcohol title should Cheyne Phillips win the event.

Robert Dekert’s bid for a third straight NDRC Pro Stock title is being challenged by Omar Sedmak who skipped into the lead on the back of a semi final at the Winters. The Tremaynes are still lurking after a poor result at the Nitro Champs, but rebounded with a brother versus brother final at the Winters and will be there should the top two falter.

Callam Godeassi remains on point in Pro Stock Bike with Paul Andrews and Ryan Learmonth making strong championship gains.

Problems suffered by Danny Rickard in qualifying at the Winternationals was capitalised on by Corey Buttigieg who has leapt into the lead.

Despite a horrendous crash for Adam Tassone, he still hangs on to the Pro Mod championship lead over a hard charging Zoran Gajic looking to retain his #1 plate.
