A new wild build on the horizon is coming from Kaos Racing with their blown Commodore wagon belonging to Pete Glass.
The chassis was built by John Willard of Flatout Services for doorslammer duties a few years ago but never saw the track, and Glass was able to pick it up as a roller.
With all the good gear in the chrome moly chassis and 4-link rear from Willard, the engine came up for sale out of the Greentree Family Racing Hearse and is a former Newby 522ci TFX bullet which Glass purchased and said will make all whatever horsepower he will need. It is topped with a 16/71 Littlefield blower from Benny Gatt and when the wagon is ready to rumble, Gatt will be on hand as the main tuner.
The body being steel roof with carbon fibre for the other panels means it will be legal for Grudge Kings which is a big aim for the team, outside that, Glass said he will run Supercharged Outlaws, but keep his options open for other available classes.
There are not too many wagons on the drag strip and and you can be sure Glass will make this one stand out.
