The Top Alcohol racers have got together and decided to make the 2011 Winternationals a chance for us,the alky racers, to show our appreciation to all the Top Alcohol fans out there.
So as a very special treat we have produced a commemorative poster showcasing all the teams which will be competing at the 2011 Winternationals.
These posters will be free to all fans and are available at any of the Top Alcohol teams pit areas.
There is a limited amount available of 70 posters at each teams pit area so make sure your quick. The fact that you have grabbed one of these posters will automatically put you in the draw for a specially designed plaque signed by all the teams of the 2011 Winternationals featuring a perfect condition blower belt from one of the cars which is sure to look amazing on any drag racing fans wall.
The Alcohol racers will race for the honour of displaying it in their pit area on each day, with low ET of the day deciding who has the honour of holding the plaque until race day, where one of the lucky fans who grabbed a poster will be drawn out of the hat and presented with the plaque for them to take home.
The plaque will be displayed in Wayne Newby’s pit area on day one in recognition of him leading the points coming into the 2011 Winternationals.
Your first chance to get these posters and enter the draw will be in the Ipswich town centre where a number of Alcohol funny car teams will have there cars on display.
The plaque itself has started its journey to the famed Willobank Raceway travelling from Western Australia collecting autographs along the way to arrive as a one off piece of racing memorabilia.
