Day one of East Coast Thunder is in the books with a tight Sydney Dragway track producing some stout numbers.

A mad thrash in the workshop over the past few weeks by Robert and Jason Maggs with their crew, will see Maggs Racing ready, strong and bursting to hit the track for the East Coast Thunder event at Sydney on November 4 & 5.

The hype continues to build for East Coast Thunder with the nationally broadcast Today Show on the Nine Network confirming that the weather report will be broadcast from Sydney Dragway on Wednesday 2nd November 2016.

Top Fuel Australia (TFA) is looking forward to the opening round of the 400 Thunder season this Friday and Saturday at Sydney Dragway for East Coast Thunder.

Shane Tucker staged his Auzmet Architectural Chevrolet Camaro during eliminations for the last time in 2016 this past weekend at the 16th annual NHRA Las Vegas Nationals. Although he had an early exit in the first round, Tucker is full steam ahead towards the off season and preparing for 2017.

The Queensland Drag Racing Championship has crowned the winners of the 2016 Willowbank track championship series following the final round on Oct 29.
