Fresh off a massive Nitro Up North event, Hidden Valley Dragway was back at it for round five of their local Track Championship series.

The 2017 edition of Nitro Up North was a major success for Darwin’s Hidden Valley Drag Strip, attracting record crowds to the opening of the 400 Thunder and Summit Sportsman Series drag racing championships.

In the centre of Australia there lies a horsepower oasis, where once a year drag racers from across the nation will converge to compete. This is the Desert Nationals from Alice Springs Inland Dragway.

The inaugural Summit Racing Queensland Championship dodged the forecasted rain and produced an outstanding weekend of ANDRA Sportsman drag racing at Palmyra Dragway on the weekend of July 1-2.
