After a good crowd on day one of the 2017 Nitro Up North, Day 2 literally exploded with people everywhere.

Nitro Up North is off and racing at Hidden Valley Drag Strip with some spectacular times on opening day, including a new track record in the Redline Plumbing Pro Slammer category.

There is always something about a fresh start, and Nitro Up North V3 was the perfect event to kick off the 2017/18 Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series.

The 10 date series opens this weekend with the Central Swing’s opening Nitro Up North event at Hidden Valley Raceway, followed one-week later with the Desert Nationals at Alice Springs Inland Dragway.
