K-Trans WA have put on the Santa suit early and delivered Boomeracing’s Maurice Brennan the use of a new engine in time for his first stab at the famed Top Doorslammer class just before Christmas.
Ecstatic with the partnership, Maurice Brennan now leads a very excited Boomeracing team into their first season that will include their first attempt at running in Top Doorslammer on the first weekend of December, when the ANDRA Pro Series visits the Perth Motorplex.
“We are just so honoured to have K-Trans come on board, and what’s more exciting for me than their financial and infrastructural support, is that K-Trans Racing are straight shooters who wear their heart on their sleeve, they love winning and really giving the fans a great motorsport experience, and that lines up perfectly with the ethos at Boomeracing,” he said.
In response, K-Trans Racing founder Keith Middleton was equally proud to be associated with the team, sighting the future as looking very bright.
“It will be very interesting to watch the team progress now with some even better resources on hand, and now having ex-Matt Treasure crew chief Graeme Clarke joining what is obviously a tight knit team with James Rowland making the tuning calls, it will be a formidable combination at any race I believe,” Middleton said.
Joondalup Carpet Court proprietor, Peter Whiting, was pleased to have had another successful business year, affording his company to partner with Boomeracing again as one of three main co-sponsors.
