Another former Pro Mod Mustang is heading to Australian shores as the Pro Extreme class continues to expand in Australia.
PJ Todarello couldn’t turn down the oppurtunity to purchase the ex-Danny Lowery, Larry Jeffers Race Cars built Mustang.
Todarello had been running the former Rob Campisi Mustang to date, but was looking at stepping the power up with a new chassis.
“So we pushed the red mustang as far as we could without spending too much more money on it, the yellow car who was previously owned by Danny Lowery came up for sale at Proline Racing,” said Todarello.
“Being good mates with Paul Mouhayet – Elite Race Parts – I asked him to contact Eric from PLR and do a deal.”
“Previous to buying the car, we had already brought a 481x from PLR. We had plans of putting it in the eed mustang but held off until something more suitable came up. The guys at Proline have been really helpful, and we look forward to this exciting chapter. CV Performance will be looking after the car, along with my crew. I can’t thank my best mate, my dad, enough for all his help. It’s not often you have a shared interest like we have.”
