The latest Graeme Cowin fuel altered creation came to life last last week with the on track debut of “Spooky” at Sydney Dragway.

“One Bad Kiwi” Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Car pilot and brand manager Morice McMillin steered the new Fuel Altered for a single shake down test pass at the Full Throttle Friday event, that has seen an immense social meda response following the debut. No doubt, the sight of another Fuel Altered on track certainly has stirred up some nitro juices in people.

Spooky is the third Fuel Altered out of the stable, and has strong ties to Cowin’s history.

“Before the famous Psycho Fuel Altered that we all know and love, Graeme and Wendy owned a Gold Fiat Topolino also called Psycho, which is where the inspiration for Spooky came from,” said McMillin.

“G.C. knew the look he wanted and I think its come up pretty cool. Its been a project the entire Aeroflow race team has been involved with, even the metal flake gold was painted in house.”

For McMillin driving a Fuel Altered was a long time goal.

“Driving a Fuel Altered for me is one of those things I have dreamt off since I was a kid,” he said. “The car handled really well and I can’t wait to get back in it. This gives us three Aeroflow nitro hot rods now, which will be a show on its own.”

More news on that to come.
