There were radial weapons aplenty testing under glorious conditions at Sydney Dragway ahead of this weekend’s round 3 of the Kenda Tires 660 Drag Radial Series.
The crisp Winter air provides horsepower oozing conditions, today however it may have been too good when we didn’t see a whole lot of racers get a hold of the track conditions. The quickest pass of the day went to Wade Wagstaff in the blown ‘Grinch’ 57 Chev with a 3.76, but come the end of the day quite a few PBs were run in the smaller tyre classes.
Friday will feature another full day of testing and the $5K small tyre Smackdown Shootout in the afternoon.
