Numbers were a bit short for the big tyre cars after a slew of other events like the recent Street Outlaws and Nitro Champs spreading racers thin. In Outlaw 315, Jarrod Wood dropped some quick numbers with his blown small block Camaro in what was a series of match races against Ricky Fenwick in Steve Smith’s twin turbo Mustang. The pair split the cash, but Wood’s had bragging rights with a 3.74 at 200mph.

Geoff Campbell-Brown got the job done in Outlaw 275, the big ‘Moonshine’ Chevelle holding off Rob Chaplin’s Camaro in the final 5.11 to a 5.74. In the small tyre Outlaw 235 class, Jaidyn Seng made the narrowest of holeshots work at the stripe defeating Simon ‘Candle’s O’Carroll with 4.671 to a quicker 4.665.

Into the OG classes, and OG 315 saw the black ute of James Horan snatch the win with a 4.33 in the final against Glen Finegan’s 4.877. While in OG 275, Luke Knight was too good in the final for Cameron McNabb, knocking up a win with a 6.46 to a 8.17.

For the fixed index classes, the quickest which is the 5.50 Radial Renegade bracket, and Jason Seng took home the easy win in the final with ‘Disco’ Dean Ferris red lighting his Escort panel van out of the final. Ian Pymble took the holeshot and the win light with a 5.82 in the 5.80 Radial Ruckus bracket, forcing a 5.795 breakout from Derek Logan. A red light decided the 6.40 Radial Rumble final duel with Garry Green picking a cherry off the tree, handing the win to Damien Morris. Finally the 7.00 Radial Rumble win went to Tim Morton in a tight race against Ron Holz 7.03 to 7.07.
