The Western Bracket Bash, being held before the Westernationals this season in Perth, will be getting a dose of nitro.
The Greene Machine Nitro Funny Car team want to do some testing ahead of the March 19 match racing.
“Everyone on the team are excited and looking forward to a wild night of high speed action at the huge Nitro Funny Car event on Saturday 19th March, as our driver Matt Treasure would say we’re pumped!” Cheryl Greene said.
“The car is complete and ready to go, so we thought it would be a good strategy if we could take it out prior for a couple of test runs.”
With the Bracket Bash coming up this Saturday, February 26, it was the perfect opportunity.
“Fans that come to the Motorplex for this event will get a bonus with the Greene Machine burning some nitro and getting a minimum of one, and at best two runs, so we can gather more data to assist in fine tuning to make us even more competitive,” Cheryl said.
“We have just upgraded our Motec data logger and Colonial Freight Lines have kindly added to our stock of nitro so we have all bases covered.”
