Australian Top Alcohol Funny Car driver Steve Harker took a holeshot win at Norwalk, Ohio on Sunday, defeating Chris Foster in the final of the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals.
Harker’s .026 reacted 5.627 was just enough to edge Foster’s .063 reacted 5.616 and resulted in his fifth NHRA Wally from 20 final round appearances.
Harker was in top form, qualifying in number one position and then earning low ET for every round except the final. [File photo]
