Lamattina Top Fuel Racing have moved forward again for season 2010, announcing that world class print technology company Roland DG have stepped on board as an associated sponsor.

“Funnily enough, we’ve actually used Roland DG products for wrapping our Top Fuel Dragster each year through our signwriters. We’ve always been amazed by their capability, but Roland DG have now stepped up with a product that is sure to ramp up interest in next years scheme. We now have the capability to print metallic colours through the Roland SOLJET™ PRO III XC-540MT. I’ve got no doubt that Youngblood Ink will have a field day in incorporating these features into next years wrap,” Lamattina said.

Not only will spectators get to see Roland DGʼs printing capabilities through the race team, but also through Youngblood Ink’s rebrandable corporate hospitality trailer, that the LTFR team proudly call the ‘Nitro Lounge’. Youngblood Ink’s director Drew Jongebloed said with inter-changable panels required for the different organisations that utilise the team transporter transporter, being able to offer branding that the new XC-540MT is capable of ads a further dimension to just how incredible the transporter is presented every time it rolls up to an event.

“It goes further than this though, simple items such as banners, stickers, labels and signs have the ability to have photo finish imagery with a metallic touch,” he said.

John Wall, sales and marketing director of Roland DG further emphasised the importance of the new association with LTFR.

“Surprisingly when you look at the team, the fleet of trucks that the Lamattina Carrot Farm have, Youngblood Ink as a branding company and also Total Fleet Imaging that already utilise Roland equipment, a partnership with the team gives us the opportunity to really leverage just how much work they already use our products for,” he said.

“The fact that they can now utilise a market leading Roland DG XC-540MT with metallic capabilities further gives Roland DG and Australia the chance to really see some incredible work coming out of the LTFR stable. Being the only Top Fuel team that fully re-wrap their car each year, it is certainly a great way to further promote our products within motorsport.”

The team has also announced SP Tools as sponsors.

“Working with the team at SP Tools is very exciting for the team. We have always ensured that any partners that we work with need to have high quality products and work in with our team’s ethics to believe in the brand.  ools are a very important factor in our team and we rely heavily on the quality that SP Tools deliver with their programs in V8 Supercars,” said Phil Lamattina.

Roland DG and SP Tools join Fuchs Lubricants, Rocky Lamattina & Sons,, Monster Energy Drinks, Youngblood Ink, Pavtek, CRC, Total Fleet Imaging and Wings Flexible as proud sponsors of Lamattina Top Fuel Racing.
