The turbo revolution continues to grow with a number of new flame popping beasts about to hit the track.
Word has it Mike Moran’s Mustang is heading down under to a Sydney engine builder, the Mustang belonging to the turbo guru has barely turned a wheel and was snapped up by the builder following a recent trip to the US, (The now coming to Australia is now not the pictured Mustang above but another 10.5 Mustang belonging to a customer of Moran.)
Its back!, the famed or feared WOG007 Cortina that terrorised the Pro Street scene in the 80’s and 90’s with crazy wheelstands and was one of Australia’s quickest street cars is about to return. The TD Corty of Michael Moit has gone the turbo route and should be unveiled at this years MotorEx in Sydney.(UPDATE – Moit has now gone away from the turbo set up previously destined for the rails to a nitrous EFI small block Ford powerplant)
John Apostolopoulos will be bringing another Outlaw 10.5 Mustang out of the C&V stable, the Mustang is a genuine 10.5 car imported from the US.
Matt Grubisa’s twin turbo big block Camaro is nearing completion, being built by Pro Street Industries it will join the turbo armada in the very near future.
