With today’s washout of the Top Doorslammer and Pro Stock ANDRA Pro Series round at Sydney Dragway, it looks like Pro Stock will be reprieved from losing a valuable round with Sydney Dragway planning to rerun Pro Stock at the next round of the tracks Track Championship series.
After losing their Perth round this season, having the New Year Series at Willowbank cancelled and now today’s wash out, Pro Stock are down to a three round championship this season.
Pro Stock teams held a meeting with Sydney Dragway management and ANDRA after today’s cancellation where it was decided to incorporate a rerun of the Pro Stock round at the next Sydney Track Championship Series event on April 8th and 9th.
There is no talk of Top Doorslammer joining them with the geographical hurdles some teams have and the Slamfest 1/8th mile Doorslammer meeting in Mildura also being held on that weekend.
