Dave ‘Quickdraw’ McGaw has dropped us a line that he will be returning to Supercharged Outlaws after his horrendous crash in 2019.
McGaw’s last on track appearance was at the World Fuel Altered Challenge that saw him ride out a huge accident with Quick Cut Supercharged Outlaw Funny Car that he was fortunate to walk away from.
The dedicated Supercharged Outlaws supporter now has another funny car in the shed for his return hopefully this weekend at the Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Car event at Sydney Dragway.
Some may recognise the car as formerly driven by Chris Hollingsworth in Top Alcohol, but has more recently been residing in the Territory.
The funny car will be locked and loaded with a blown 540ci Hemi, and cocked to fire in anger this weekend.
