A sparkling test session that included back to back runs of 3.91 and 3.92 at The Strip Las Vegas has bolstered confidence in the Rapisarda camp going into the season opening round at Pomona this weekend.
“Keith Stewart has bought some exciting ideas to the team and is confident of giving “Cory Mac” a car that is going to give the team an excellent chance to qualify in the top half of the draw,” according to team owner Santo Rapisarda.
“The weather over the next few days is looking perfect. The team is confident that the pre season testing and the addition of our new crew chief, we are on the verge of living up to our potential as well as giving some of the NHRA teams a run for their money,” he said.
