Top Fuel fires into action over Easter as the 400 Thunder National Drag Racing Series hits Willowbank Raceway over two days, Good Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of March.
The Santo’s Super 3 Extreme Drag Race, presented by Uplift Cranes and Titan Cranes, features Australia’s quickest and fastest racers headlining two action packed evenings designed to showcase the best the sport has to offer.
For the first time at the Easter event, 4 professional categories will compete for National Championship points. Supporting the awesome 500KM/H Top Fuel Dragsters, featuring the Rapisarda Autosports team, will be the exciting Pro Alcohol cars including the new World Record Holder Gary Phillips.
The action doesn’t end there with Top Bike’s Chris Matheson’s awesome BlackAdda sponsored bike running against the Nitro Harley’s. Pro Stock rounds out the professional categories making this a show not to be missed as these racers look to make the most of their track time to claim victory this Easter.
Willowbank Raceway is excited to welcome back Santo Rapisarda as the naming rights sponsor of this exciting event for the fourth year in a row. Uplift Cranes present all the Top Fuel action, Titan Cranes supports Pro Alcohol, Top Bike is presented by BlackAdda and Just Traffic Solutions is welcomed on board as the Pro Stock sponsor.
Willowbank President Tony Wedlock said “We are excited to continue our relationship with Santo Rapisarda and to again award the Louie Rapisarda Top Fuel Trophy to the winner in Top Fuel. This is a truly special event, and I know the action on track will honour the life of Louie and I can’t thank the Rapisarda family enough for their support of this event”.
Backing up the professional categories will be the new and exciting 400 Thunder Pro Radial bracket. The door to door action doesn’t end there though with Factory Xtreme and the fresh Pro Outlaw brackets ensuring the action will be nonstop all night.
