The Board of Sydney Dragway has appointed Luke Smith to the position of general manager.
Smith comes from a motorsport background and has considerable experience in marketing and event planning. He replaces outgoing general manager Graham Elliot. Smith’s experience includes being the owner of Trackside Marketing Solutions and national business development manager of InsureMyRide.
From Monday, August 25, Derek Conroy will also commence full-time employment at Sydney Dragway – and together with longtime Sydney Dragway staffer Andrew Sharp will work jointly in the role of event manager.
