Round one of the 2021/2022 Whyalla Steel City Drags Club Championship got off to a successful start on Saturday 11 September.
South Australia’s drag racing scene is back up and running thanks to the efforts of Whyalla’s Steel City Drag Club, who ran the first round of their Club Championship on Saturday.
This weekend’s opening round of the Whyalla Steel City Drag Racing Club Championship will host not only the first competitive passes of the season for the club, but also the debut of Peter O’Connell’s new drag racing machine.
Following the successful completion of a nine-year build, Paul and Kylie Langley will be debuting their new LH Torana race car at Whyalla’s Steel City Raceway this weekend.
