Pete “The Punisher” Cochrane ended his team’s season with a punishing win at the Winternationals.
“We couldn’t be more stoked with our progress through this season,” said Cochrane. “I’m still buzzing from the Winters win and the awesome performance of our Kawasaki.
“This is a result of having a great bunch of people behind us and a top effort by the team to develop the engine. They’ve also developed me a bit as well.
“I personally want to thank Craig and Morie Thompson. We’ve been together for a long time so the win was a treat. We’re now the Winternationals champion and the quickest ever Kawasaki Pro Stock Bike to run in Australia with our 7.27 @ 185.7mph.”
Cochrane’s Winternationals win was topped off by setting low ET and top speed in all rounds of qualifying and racing.
Cochrane went on to thank everyone who has supported the team this past season.
