Jeremy Callaghan will be have his stunning Camaro on track and ready to race at Dragway At The Bend this weekend for round 5 of the NDRC Australian Top Doorslammer Championship following his upside down ride and slide only a few weeks ago in Perth.

The heroic thrash by Moits Motorcars and others have repaired the damage from the incident cause by a rear suspension failure turning the Camaro hard left before flipping over and sliding to a stop on its roof. Callaghan was unhurt in a crash he had little control over except to hang on, but still kept the car off the wall.

The car was sent to Moits Motorcars for repairs and with the expert help from Terry Jackson the carbon fibre roof was cut off and has been replaced along with new four-link brackets to fix the busted suspension that caused the crash.

It has been a hard slog for the team in their debut season since switching the car from a Pro Mod twin-turbo set up, their last trip to Dragway At The Bend to open the championship resulted in engine damage in qualifying, their return demonstrated commitment to the series with the long haul to Perth, and now the quickfire repairs to return to the track so soon after what happened there. With the dramatic championship twists and turns that Top Doorslammer experience at The Bend, Callaghan is owed some good fortune on race day.

Callaghan thanks the everyone who have made racing this weekend possible.
