McDonald’s launches 3 minute drive thru service promise with Top Fuel champion drag racing driver Phil Read.
Residents of Western Sydney and Drag Racing fans received a treat today as they got the opportunity to meet three-time Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) Pro Series Top Fuel Champion, Phil Read at McDonald’s Wetherill Park.
Phil Read took a pit stop in McDonald’s Wetherill Park’s Drive Thru and showcased his 10 metre dragster to officially launch McDonald’s 3 Minute Drive Thru Service Promise.
McDonald’s Wetherill Park Licensee, Alex Lee explained what McDonald’s 3 Minute Drive Thru Service Promise is all about, which has been launched to highlight the speed of service that Drive Thru customers can expect to receive from McDonald’s restaurants.
“From 8 September until 9 November, McDonald’s is promising to serve Drive-Thru customers within three minutes from the time they order to the collection window,” says Alex.
“For any order that goes over the three minute mark, our customers will receive a voucher for a free Big Mac or Quarter Pounder on their next visit.”
“McDonald’s is proud to partner with Sydney Dragway and we are very thrilled that Phil Read could join us today to help us launch our 3 Miniute Drive-Thru service promise and highlight McDonald’s commitment to speedy customer service,” Alex added.
Australian Champion, Phil Read is excited about the McDonald’s 3 Minute Drive Thru Service Promise as he knows how important a fast refuel is.
