Reigning AA/Funny Car record holder, Rob Pilkington has returned to the Perth Motorplex just one week after contesting the 43rd Westernationals for a rigorous test session, that has returned “outstanding” results.

Modified Bike racer Lindsay Wood says despite securing maximum points at the recent Westernationals he won’t go on to chase the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship nationally.

That was Paul Mouhayet’s apt description when the chutes failed on his Outlaw 10.5 Mustang at 230mph last weekend during the Sydney Jamboree.
