Rob “The Mad Professor” Taylor has realised a dream during the APSA Pro Street event at Calder Park last weekend – running a five second pass in his Camaro Top Doorslammer.

Mark Belleri (Narrabeen, NSW) rattles off five second passes on a regular basis. But last time out at Calder Park, the Holden Trade Club team came away disappointed. 

Australian Nationals Super Street runner up Kylie Tanner (Wingfield, SA) is primed and ready for the Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series presented by Whyalla City Council at Steel City Raceway March 12-13.

Fresh off a father-daughter double header win in Portland at the South Coast Raceway 10 year Anniversary, South Australia’s Bob Sherry is aiming to translate that success into more glory at Steel City Raceway in Whyalla March 12-13.

Perth Motorplex was the site of record breaking runs for Australian Alcohol Funny Cars, where Gary Phillips and his Lucas Oil Products team broke through the highly sought after 5.3 second barrier, recording a 5.374 at 268.23mph.
