The Australia Nostalgia Racers Quarter Mile Legends Pioneer Awards that celebrate the historic names in Australian drag racing returned at a new venue in Heathcote Park Raceway after last being run in 2016 at Sydney Dragway.

The Red CentreNATS brought the biggest drag racing show ever to Alice Springs Inland Dragway across September 2-4, hosting the Burson Auto Parts Australian Top Fuel Championship, the ADRC Top Doorslammers and over 100 Heavy Hitter racers, as well as grudge runs and competition for the RCN Grand Champion.
It is with great regret that Top Fuel has decided to postpone its Summernats Slam event scheduled for October 1 and 2 at Heathcote Park Raceway. There are a number of factors behind the decision, including heavy wet weather experienced in the last month, with even more forecast for the next couple of weeks leading to the event.
