We featured Josh Calgaro’s twin turbo HSV Grange back in issue 22 of Drag News Magazine not long after the car was debuted, back when Calgaro had aspirations of running seven second passes. Well now following last weekend’s test and tune, that dream is now a reality.
Calgaro ripped out an off the trailer 7.78 at 183mph, smashing his PB, then backed it up with a 7.93.
With full interior still residing inside, the car weighs in at a meaty 4200lbs, runs radial tyres and is powered by a BK Engines prepped Dart 427 LS Next twin turbo bullet that delivers over 1500 ponies.
