South Australian racer Bryan Finn has turned what was supposed to be a one-off trip to Alice Springs Inland Dragway for the Al Stainer Memorial into a full-on assault on the ASID Track Championship.
Craig Hodge took out consecutive Red CentreNATS victories recently by claiming the 9 Second Heavy Hitter bracket at Alice Springs Inland Dragway on September 6.
When Darren Mallison took out the Pro category at Red CentreNATS earlier this month on debut, he did so with a winning margin of just 0.011 over runner-up Craig Hodge.
Queensland remains the place to be right now if you want to go drag racing in Australia, with Palmyra Dragway playing host to the Sugar City Powerfest over the weekend.
