Drag News revisits the recent Queensland Jamboree with a massive photo gallery by Cackling Pipes Photography.

An abundance of young race fans have enjoyed a chance to get up close and personal with their drag racing heroes at Queensland’s Hyperdome shopping centre ahead of next weekend’s Aeroflow Outlaw Nitro Funny Car show at Willowbank Raceway.

The day unfortunately ended prematurely with the Mark Hinchelwood incident and we wish Mark our best wishes again in his recovery, but before that moment the Nostalgia Drags was delivering big on on old school action as captured in this mammoth gallery.

Check out all the action from both the pro ANDRA Top Doorslammer ranks and the local sportsman contingent across two days of great racing at Hidden Valley.

After making his comeback to competitive drag racing at last month’s season-ending Winternationals at Willowbank Raceway, Ben Bray will debut a brand-new 1979 Corvette Stingray at Hidden Valley Raceway this weekend for the opening round of the 2015/2016 drag racing season.

Well finally Sydney Dragway was given a break with the weather and round five of the Atura Blacktown Championship Series went into the books as completed after the last two rounds did not see their conclusion.
