John Zappia has been creating history for the better part of a decade winning eight ANDRA Top Doorslammer Championships in a row.

The first round of the new Cruzin’ Nostalgia Drags Series between Willowbank Raceway and Sydney Dragway has been contested with everyone getting their rockabilly on at Willowbank on February 27.

The Lights Out phenomenon shifted to Sydney Dragway venue bringing in several thousand spectators to witness drag racing striped to its bare bones.
