John Zappia has won this years prestigious FUCHS Winternationals Australian ANDRA Top Doorslammer event at Willowbank International Raceway in a dominant performance against his 15 opponents.

Damien Harris faced adversity from the moment he hit the throttle in qualifying on Friday but Rapisarda Autosport International recovered on race day to take home the ANDRA Gold Christmas Tree at the Fuchs Winternationals.

The 47th edition of the Fuchs Winternationals kicked off at Willowbank Raceway today with qualifying in Groups Three and Four in the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship.
