The biggest cash prize in Pro Street drag racing will be on offer next weekend at Willowbank Raceway, when the 10.5 Outlaw Pro Street Shootout hits Queensland’s premier drag strip on Saturday September 18.

Friday qualifying, at this years’ Fuchs Australian Nationals, produced a mixed bag of results. Once again the fickle weather took its toll on some of the enormous field of racers’ present.

With the start of a brand new ANDRA Pro Series Season commencing this weekend at Sydney Dragway for the Fuchs Australian Nationals, it also signals the start of the biggest season of Television coverage in Australian Drag Racing history – once again via the ONE Network, with support from Network TEN.

With the 2010/2011 Rocket Allstar Racing Series commencing at the Australian Nationals at Sydney Dragway on September 11-12-13, Rocket would like to wish all the competitors the best of luck for the 2010 / 2010 RARS season.

This weekend’s Fuchs Australian Nationals at Sydney Dragway is expected to produce the most intense and exciting round of the ANDRA Pro series in recent memory. With heavily oversubscribed fields across all Group One categories qualifying will be intense, brutal and dramatic if last weekend’s test session at the Eastern Creek venue is any indication. In Top Fuel eleven Nitro missiles will make up the largest field ever assembled for a Pro Series round with all teams focussed on grabbing a berth in the in the eight-car field.
